1. Purpose of Membership

The PASS PractiScore Membership provides free match entry (match fees waived) for PASS-hosted shooting sports events during the membership year.

2. Membership Benefits

• Free access to all four (4) PASS-hosted shooting sports events per calendar year

Clarifications:

• No ammunition, equipment, firearms, training, prizes, or merchandise included
• Valid only for events officially hosted by PASS and listed on PractiScore

3. Membership Term

Memberships are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually.

4. Fees and Payment

All membership fees are non-refundable and payable through PractiScore.

5. Event Participation

Members must register for each event through PractiScore and comply with all event rules, range rules, and applicable laws.

6. Non-Transferability

Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

7. Schedule Changes

PASS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events. No refunds will be issued.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Shooting sports involve inherent risks. Members assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless PASS, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and host facilities.

9. Code of Conduct

Unsafe behavior, rule violations, or misconduct may result in removal or termination of membership without refund.

10. Termination

PASS may suspend or terminate membership at its discretion for safety or conduct violations.

11. No Ownership Rights

Membership does not confer ownership, voting, or management rights.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the event is hosted.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing or using this membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
